Rachel Amondson's PaintingsAnother Generation of Amondsons Paint Alaskan Wild Flowers
When Jeanne Lawerence was 91 years old she flew to seattle to visit
the Amondson's. She gave Gene her husband's brushes and photographs,
and taught Gene's wife, Nancy, to paint Alaskan wild flowers, Nancy amondson
twice sold out at Fredrick and Nelson's, in Seattle. Now some years later, Gene's
daughter Rachel is painting Northwest and Alaskan flowers with oils and
watercolor on black paper.![]()
